MOA-502Rutile based flux cored wire mainly for crusher hammers, roller rail points and crossings,sections where severe impact under heavy load is applicable,work hardening type for joining and build up applicatios.
MOA-503A low alloy steel flux cored wire for mainly buiding up purpose on crane wheels,tractors, rails, steel shafts, trunions, gears, undercarriage of earth moving equipments,excarator pins etc.,.
MOA-504Mainly used for hardfacing and build up of tractor rollers,idlers, earthmoving machinery components, mine car wheels, steel mill rollers etc., where metal to metal wear is encountered.
MOA-505An easy to use flux cored wire having good abrasion and impact resistance with higher hardness. Mainly used for bucket lips,teeth,undersides, cutting edges etc.,.
MOA-506A self shielded high carbon high chromium flux cored wire designed specially for extreme gouging abrasion conditions. The weld deposit is primarily used for hardfacing components subjected to extreme abrasion/erosion under moderate/heavy impact loads.
MOA-507A flux cored wire having complex carbide in a tough matrix mainly used for sand and earth moving equipments, bucket teeth, mixer blades,wear plates etc., where one layer of surfacing is required.
MOA-509A flux cored wire having complex carbides in a tough matrix especially used for maximun abrasion resistance at higher temperatures. Sieves in steel plants, wear plates,cement kilns etc., where abrasion at high temperatures in excess of 600° C is encountered
MOA-5430Martensitic/ Ferritic cores wire used primarily as base layer to have good bonding with base metal, avoide spalling and restricts carbon pickup.
MOA-DHN400 series martensitic cored wire used primarily for hardfacing of steel mill rollers.The weld deposit can withstand abrasion and adhesion,oxidation and stress corrosion cracking,avoid precipitation of chromium carbides along the grain boundries,thermal fatigue,resistance to high temperature tempering and microstructure stability.The elongation and impact strength values are higher than MOA-5414.Also the presence of Mo,Co,V and W improves toughness, resistance to cyclic thermal amd mechanical stresses.
MOA-TICHardface TIC is a cored wire used for hardfacing components subject to severe abrasion and heavy impact.The weld deposit containes finely dispersed Titanium Carbide particles in an high Chromium Martensite matrix.The weld deposit is non machinable.
MOA-5414400 series martensitic cored wire used primarily for hardfacing of steel mill rollers and surfacing of valve components.The weld deposit can withstand abrasion and adhension, oxidation and stress corrosion cracking,avoid precipitation of chromium carbides along the grain boundries ,thermal fatigue,resistance to high temperature tempering and microstructure stability.
